• 1 oz Cazcanes No.7 Blanco
• 1 oz Hidalgo Gobernador Oloroso Sherry
• 0.5 oz Pajarote Tamarind
• 0.75 oz Lime
• 0.5 oz Agave Syrup (2:1 agave nectar to water)
• Chili salt, for glass rim (optional - equal parts Tajin to salt)
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake with ice.
Strain into a chili salt-rimmed rocks glass over fresh ice. Cheers!
