- 45mL Rare Dry Gin
- 90 mL good tonic
- Orange
Method:
- Add gin and mixer to a rocks glass over ice

The classic cocktail dates back to the nineteenth century, using a sweet Old Tom style of gin.

- 25mL fresh lemon juice
- 60mL ginger beer
- Lime
Method:
- Squeeze lime juice, reserving the hull
- Shake gin and lime juice over ice, then strain into a rocks glass

Method:

Martini
This classic wet Martini doubles down on the olives to give you the perfect apéro hour drink, with nibbles included.
Ingredients:
- 60mL Olive Leaf Gin
- 20mL dry vermouth
- Olive oil
- Lemon
- Sicilian Olives
Method:
- Stir gin and vermouth in a mixing glass over ice
- Strain into a frozen cocktail glass
- Twist lemon peel over to express the oils, then discard
- Garnish with a few drops of olive oil
