Winebow promotes and protects the communities that support our industry as a proud sponsor of wine industry trade auctions like Premiere Napa Valley, Willamette Valley Wine Auction, and Auction of Washington Wines. Proceeds from these auctions provide access to healthcare and education for industry workers as well as directly fund local philanthropic causes like Habitat for Humanity and Seattle Children’s Hospital. Winebow’s partnership with these trade associations helps give everyone a seat at the table.
At Winebow, we are strongly committed to creating an environment that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are intentional in our initiatives to ensure that all employees have a sense of value and opportunity. When everyone's unique identities are respected, we are a stronger, more confident company.
At Winebow, we are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and gender equality. We firmly believe that women's voices and perspectives are vital to our success.
Since its inception in 2012, the Winebow Imports' Women in Wine Leadership Symposium has served as a forum for discussing the experiences, opportunities, and challenges that women face. Our aim is to build a more diverse, inclusive, and successful industry that benefits everyone involved.
Women of Winebow is an Employee Resource Group that connects employees through networking with a focus on empowering women to lead wherever they land. We actively encourage women to reflect on their goals and status through discussions, education, advocacy, connections, and leadership development. The group actively participates in industry events, including the 2023 Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America Women's Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C..
Winebow's ongoing commitment to the communities where we live and work can be seen through our many local philanthropic activities. Winebow employees are involved with programs from holiday toy drives and Secret Santas' at local schools to Habit for Humanity and Canine Companions for Independence.
