Cabriola by Borsao

Cabriola bottle shot

Wine Description

Cabriola is a specific jumping maneuver that a horse is trained to perform after years of exacting dressage. The movement requires great technique and precision of the rider and the horse working as a team. Much like the relationship between our winemaker and vineyards, combining masterful technique and passion that results in elegance and art.

Acclaim
“Aromas of cracked pepper and blackberries on the nose. Full-bodied and layered with chewy tannins. It’s long and flavorful with plenty of structure. Needs time to soften.”
— James Suckling, Aug 2021
“A full-bodied and round-textured red with cherries and blackberries and some walnut and dried-herb undertones. Medium body, lightly chewy tannins and a fruity finish.”
— James Suckling, Oct 2021
