Wine Description
Grape selection, harvesting and vinification methods are essential to quality at Di Majo and this wine is no exception. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon vinified in stainless steel tanks for eight days, this wine is given the classic treatment for Cabernet Sauvignon with aging in Allier barrels for one year, and an additional six months refinement in bottle.
