Jaine Columbia Valley Rosé
Wine Description
Jaine Columbia Valley Rosé is a blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre from sustainably farmed vineyards in Washington State's Columbia Valley. Grapes are harvested in the cooler, early morning hours to capitalize on the diurnal shift, which provides acidity and freshness. The wine is cold settled in the tank, where a cool temperature is maintained to preserve the fresh fruit characteristics. It is fermented in stainless steel and then aged on the lees for approximately six months.
