FAT bastard Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon bottle image

Wine Description

Fat bastard Cabernet is sourced from vines grown in stony soils, with controlled yields, primarily from the foothills of Pezenas and in the Minervois region of Languedoc-Roussillon. Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the more challenging grapes to grow in Southern France so we work closely with the growers throughout the region to determine the best growing areas and harvest times to produce a soft, yet rich wine.
