Linticlarus Lagrein Riserva Alto Adige DOC bottle image

Wine Description

The Linticlarus Selection includes the premium wines of the Tiefenbrunner Estate Winery, which are produced only in exceptional vintages. The name “Linticlarus” is taken from the name of the former Roman fortress "castrum linticlar" in Entiklar. The goal of this selection is to combine the highest potential of both the vineyard and the vintner's art in order to produce inimitable, world-class wines.

Acclaim
“The 2008 Lagrein Riserva Linticlarus shows gorgeous varietal character and nuance in a medium-bodied, delicate style that is highly appealing. Sweet dark cherries, plums, licorice and tobacco are some of the notes that flow through to the finish.”
