Wine Production

After an intricate selection, whole cluster grapes are pressed via pneumatic press, followed by fermentation in neutral French oak barrels at low temperatures. The wine then stays in contact on the lees for 12 months. Before release, the wine ages for a minimum of 1 year in the bottle.

About the Vineyard

Produced from very old Arinto vines planted north-facing and surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean forest. This special plot always delivers an amazing and strong character of minerality, salinity and freshness.
