Wine Production
Pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC for 96 hours. Afterwards, it is fermented for 11 days at a controlled temperature of 26ºC in stainless steel tanks.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Tierra Estella area (Olejua, el Busto, Sansol), from old vines with a low yield with an average altiude between 350-450m.
