“(From Les Cruots which is also known as Vignes Blanches). Ripe, fresh and beautifully layered aromas are comprised by notes of plum, black raspberry, anise and spicy jasmine tea. There is outstanding volume to the caressing and seductive but powerful and muscular large scaled flavors that deliver first-class persistence on the moderately austere and superbly textured finish. Like the Clos de Vougeot, this is compact and very firm and a wine that will require patience, but it should be well-worth the wait.”
