“The 2022 Chablis Valmur Grand Cru has an impressive bouquet. There’s a subtle reduction at play, yet it remains intense and focused, with vibrant malic fruit and mineralité. The palate is fresh on the entry with touches of nougat and walnut and good depth. Quite sapid on the finish, there’s a lot going on in this Valmur, and that’s not a bad thing.
