Cirò Bianco DOC bottle image

Wine Description

Made from 100% Greco Bianco, a white varietal brought to Calabria by the ancient Greeks. After a soft pressing, the must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and crispness. Refined briefly in tanks and bottle for a few months for extra finesse, Cirò Bianco is ready to be enjoyed upon release.

Acclaim
“Straw-green. Drop-dead gorgeous nose redolent of banana cream pie and ripe citrus fruits. Creamy and sweet in the mid-palate, with flavors of ripe tangerine and dried apricot accented by herbal nuances. A medium-bodied, soft wine with enough freshness to keep it lively and interesting… [I]t’s an excellent, flavorful wine that won't cost you an arm and a leg and will have everyone smiling at the dinner table.”
