Cirò Bianco DOC bottle image

Wine Description

This wine is made from 100% Greco Bianco, a white variety brought to Calabria by the ancient Greeks.  After a soft pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and crispness.  Refined briefly in tanks and bottle for a few months for extra finesse, Cirò Bianco is ready to be enjoyed upon release.

Acclaim
# 31 top 50 Wines of the Year: “A 100% Greco that is lively, summery and fruity. There’s a citrus zing to a pear drop and apple sherbet nose with soft sweet vanilla notes, and the palate displays appley, off-dry flavors and a rounded mouthfeel. Great to enjoy on its own.”
— Decanter, Jan 2014
