Acclaim
“Crisp and citrusy, this wine, made from the local white grape, Arinto, is bright, lively and packed with fruit. It is vivid and briskly ready to drink.”
— Wine Enthusiast, Oct 2022
“The 2020 Arinto is unoaked, dry and comes in at 12.4% alcohol. The winery considers this its best white grape, and it is easy to see why. As it is made here, it has decent concentration, better acidity and appealing freshness. It's always a pleasure to drink, a perfect summer white. This can age a decade or so, but it drinks great now too. This, the winery says, was from a cool year. The vintage may have been warm in other places, they said, but here it was not. The freshness shows.”

Wine Production

A slow fermentation taking 27 days allows for the development of floral and citrus aromoatics and the 5 months on the lees softens the bracing acidity of the Arinto grape.
