Wine Production
The grapes come from vineyards planted in 250 – 550 m above sea level in calcareous clay and gravelly soils; strong interplay of sunny days influenced by the Mediterranean climate and cool nights marked by the cold downslope winds.
Immediately after harvest, the grapes for this wine are softly pressed. Primary fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation.
