The 2019 Syrah Per Sempre is a rich, boisterous wine. A burst of dark-toned fruit, spice, new leather, licorice and espresso are all amplified in this decidedly extroverted Syrah. There's a bit more new oak in the 2019, which has changed in the years since. Even so, this has a ton of character. — Vinous, Dec 2024
