“The 2018 Barbaresco Albesani Santo Stefano offers a very pretty, floral expression of this Neive site. Rose petal, cinnamon and blood orange all grace the effusive, inviting bouquet. Lithe and silky in the glass, the 2018 is bright, vibrant and beautifully balanced. Time in the glass brings out its natural breadth, but, all things considered, this is a pretty understated wine from Albesani.”
