Acclaim
By contrast, the 2007 Sauvignon screams out with expressive varietal notes of mint, tomato leaf and peach. It offers excellent persistence on the palate and an inviting, clean finish that rounds out the wine. This is a reference point stainless-steel Sauvignon from Alto Adige.

Lemon peel and sliced green apple on the nose and palate. Full-bodied, with plenty of fruit and a mineral and lemongrass undertone on the finish. Drink now.
