Acclaim
“This bright, creamy sparkler has delicate scents recalling hawthorn, summer orchard fruit and bitter almond. The vibrant palate offers ripe yellow apple and Bartlett pear framed in lively acidity.”
— Wine Enthusiast, Dec 2021
“Nicely done, Charmat-method Prosecco. There’s a nice core of lemon, baked apple and almond, with a very gentle perlage and a fruity finish."
— James Suckling, Oct 2021

Wine Production

Once the grapes are selected, they are cooled, pressed, and kept in contact with the skin for two hours.  After a second fermentation of 40 days, the wine is kept on the lees for approximately six months, bottled and rested two to three more months before release.
