Domaine Nico Brut Rosé

Domaine Nico Brut Rosé

Wine Description

“Domaine Nico was born from my obsession for Burgundy Pinot Noir. When I realized we could make a Pinot Noir with the classic floral aromas, minerality and elegance, we began studying the flavors of high-altitude Pinot Noir from Mendoza. The wines that came surprised me with their elegance.” – Laura Catena

Acclaim
“The NV Brut Rosé is produced in Gualtallary, Uco Valley. It was made using the Charmat method. This sparkling wine offers crystal-clear cherry, acacia, and strawberry aromas. Refreshing and joyful on the palate, it has a delicate mousse-like texture and delivers lingering fruity flavor.” — Vinous, Jul 2023

Wine Production

Winemaker Roy Urvieta selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir parcels from Tupungato to make the sparkling blend for the Domaine Nico Brut Rosé. The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks following the “metodo Italiano” to achieve the greatest freshness on the palate.
