Root:1 Sauvignon Blanc
Wine Description
2010 was a very memorable growing season. A cold spring delayed budbreak and veraison by several weeks, and was then followed by one of the coolest summers in memory for Casablanca. The low temperatures produced small, slow ripening yields, about 30% less than a normal year, and resulted in classic, highly concentrated flavors; an outstanding vintage of Sauvignon Blanc.
